1. OVERVIEW & GENERAL CONDITIONS

This website is operated by Canuck Bedding. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Canuck Bedding. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing a mattress or bedding accessory from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence in Canada.

2. STORE PLATFORM & CURRENCY NOTICE

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

  • Currency Notice: All prices listed on our website, checkout pages, and invoices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and pakistani Rupees (Pkr).

  • Currency Conversion: If your payment card or bank account is issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD), your bank will automatically process the transaction and convert USD to CAD based on their current foreign exchange rates and applicable bank fees.

3. MATTRESS SPECIFICATIONS & DIMENSIONS

We strive to display our mattress construction, materials, foam layers, and dimensions with maximum accuracy. Due to standard manufacturing processes for compressed memory foam and pocket coil mattresses, slight dimensional variations (up to 0.5 inches) or minor fabric quilting patterns may occur.

4. PRICING & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock availability. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund in USD will be issued to your original payment method.

5.ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to hygiene, safety regulations, and the personal nature of sleep products, all mattress and bedding sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY IN CANADA

We ship and fulfill orders across designated provinces and territories in Canada.

  • Delivery: Mattresses are compressed, rolled, and delivered in a box directly to your door/curbside.

  • Unboxing & Expansion: Please allow 24 to 72 hours after unboxing for the mattress to fully expand to its intended shape and density.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. SLEEP TRIAL & RETURN POLICY

  • Sleep Trial: Eligible mattress purchases come with our standard Sleep Trial (as detailed on our Return Policy page).

  • Break-In Period: Body adjustment to a new mattress structure typically requires up to 30 nights. Return requests may require a minimum trial period.

  • Condition: Returned mattresses must be clean, undamaged, and free of stains, tears, or bed bugs to qualify for a return or donation pickup.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.
